Michael Chertoff talked about his new book, Homeland Security: Assessing the First Five Years (University of Pennsylvania Press; September 1, 2009). He responded to telephone calls, electronic communications, and questions from students at the Earle Mack School of Law at Drexel University, who participated via Skype from the C-SPAN Civics Bus. 
Homeland Security covers the long-term approach of the Homeland Security Department, what it has achieved and has yet to do, cybersecurity threats, illegal immigrants and U.S. borders.
