Bush speechwriter David Frum. Mr. Frum left the American Enterprise Institute over his comments about Republican Party strategy on health care reform. Bruce Bartlett spoke by phone about his recent blog on the subject. Mr. Bartlett was fired by the National Center for Policy Analysis for writing a book that was critical of George W. Bush.
